• Commercial real-estate aggregation API, built from scratch: crawls listing portals, normalises them into a single schema, deduplicates the same property across portals and keeps its price history.
• Replaced the third-party provider (Apify), taking infrastructure from around €400/month to €20–35/month.
• 7 portals running in production over ~900 verified listings, each with its own extraction technique: embedded JSON, JSON-LD, serialised Livewire state and server-rendered HTML.
• One adapter per portal against a shared interface, so adding a new source never touches the core — plus a Playwright browser bridge for the portals behind bot protection.
• Migrated the front end from JavaScript to TypeScript (.js → .tsx) and moved the back end from Laravel 10 to Laravel 13.
• Integrated third-party APIs and Stripe payments.
• Multi-tenant real-estate CRM and document portal in Laravel 13 (PHP 8.5) with Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript and Tailwind.
• Docker, continuous deployment on Coolify, and day-to-day work through branches and pull requests.
• Mentoring junior developers and refactoring legacy code.

• Deployed on Laravel Forge, with version control on GitHub.
