What data is processed

Only what you send through the contact form: your name, your email address and the content of your message. No browsing data is collected, there is no profiling and no automated decisions are made.

What for

To read and answer your message. The legal basis is your consent in sending it, plus the legitimate interest in keeping the professional correspondence that follows. The data is not shared with third parties and is not used to send you marketing.

How long

The message is kept for as long as the conversation lasts and for as long as needed to handle any obligations arising from it. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time.

Cookies

This site sets no analytics, advertising or social cookies, and embeds no third-party resources that could track you.

The only thing stored in your browser is your light or dark theme preference, in local storage on your own device. Because it is a preference you explicitly asked for and is needed to deliver the service as requested, it is exempt from prior consent under article 22.2 of Spanish LSSI-CE law. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to carlismc@hotmail.com. If you believe the processing does not comply with the rules, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
