CAE — Suppliers and property managers
A compliance and coordination platform between suppliers and property managers. It doubled the company’s revenue and is still in production.

Problem
Property managers have to verify that every supplier entering a building has their paperwork in order. Email and shared folders work until there is volume; after that they stop working.
Decision
Centralise the communication and each supplier’s document status in a single application, rather than automating the exchange of emails.
Implementation
First version in Laravel 8 with Bootstrap, FullCalendar, DataTables and SweetAlert, deployed on Laravel Forge.
A second version built in C# / .NET.
Result
It doubled the company’s revenue before the business was sold, and it is still in use today — which is the real test of a project: it outlives whoever wrote it.
